What is a Computer Equipment Leasing?
You can now lease to own your computer equipment with a small monthly payment.
Instead of paying upfront the whole amount we have created a flexible leasing plan.
What it covers?
During the lease, all parts and labor costs are included.
What is my tax benefit for leasing the equipment instead of buying it?
Leasing the equipment is consider an operating cost, so the whole amount is deductible from the profits.
Buying the equipment only the depreciation amount is deductible from profits.
In general, the tax benefit from leasing, is equal the extra amount for maintenance cost you pay monthly.
Do I pay any interest?
No, you do not. You pay a small monthly maintenance fee in addition to your monthly payment.
What equipment can I lease?
You can lease PCs, laptops, monitors, printing machines, etc.
Is the equipment new?
The equipment is up to the customer budget and it can be new or refurbished.
For both options all parts and labor are covered under warranty during the lease. All equipment are well known brands.
How long does the lease lasts?
The lease lasts from 2 to 5 years depends of the equipment.
After the first year you pay only for the maintenance of the equipment.
Do I own the equipment after the lease expires?
Yes, you do.
What if my equipment brakes down during the lease?
We will come to you premises and try to repair it. If not able to be repaired on spot we will bring it to our service center.
If it takes longer to be repaired we will bring you another in order to minimize downtime.
What software do the PCs come preinstall?
All PCs come with original Operating System license and Antivirus software which is also included during the lease.
The customer has the option to select additional paid software to be installed at a cost.
