The additional receiver unit for the Wireless HDMI® Extender / Splitter Set supplements this multicast system with up to 4 receiver modules and receives your high-resolution HDMI® video and audio signals wirelessly over a distance of up to 80 m (1:1 connection, unrestricted view). Operation of the extension is very simple thanks to genuine plug & play, you connect the additional receiver device to the power supply and can start immediately. In addition, you can also control the devices at the location of the signal source from the additional receiver module using your existing infrared remote control; an infrared connection cable is included with the extension module for this purpose. With this extension, you can, for example, output the signal from a satellite receiver to another HDMI playback device. Furthermore, you can set up a multicast system of up to 4 participants and thus output high-resolution Full HD content to up to 4 additional HDMI output devices, such as a TV or projector, at the same time.
