Returns policy and cancelation

1. Right to Cancel

1.1 The terms and conditions of sale detailed below are provided for your information. This covers items bought where there is no direct contact between the Supplier and the consumer. It does not apply where goods are bought for business use, from showrooms, fairs or exhibitions.

1.2 You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

1.3 The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire the goods.

1.4 To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

1.5 To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.

1.6 This excludes any items that are not in stock or special order items.

2. Effects of Cancellation

2.1 If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option).

2.2 We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of goods if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling.

2.3 We will process the reimbursement no later than:

• 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or
• 14 days after you inform us of your decision to cancel the contract if no goods were supplied.

2.4 Reimbursements will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

2.5 We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned.

2.6 You must return the goods within 14 days after informing us of cancellation.

2.7 You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

2.8 You are responsible for any diminished value of goods resulting from unnecessary handling.
