1. Format of the Contract

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to consumers only and do not apply to goods purchased for commercial use by organisations such as businesses or educational establishments.

1.2 These terms apply to goods supplied by C&S Solutions Limited trading as DEXX, registered office Agias Fylaxeos 82, Limassol, Cyprus (Company Number HE 145536).

1.3 No contract exists between you and the Supplier until the Supplier has received and accepted your order and payment.

1.4 Order acknowledgement emails do not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs once the order has been dispatched.

1.5 The contract is subject to your right of cancellation.

1.6 The Supplier may update these terms without notice for future sales.

2. Description and Price of the Goods

2.1 The description and price of goods will be as displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.

2.2 Goods are subject to availability. If goods are unavailable, we will inform you and issue a refund.

2.3 If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you and offer the option to reconfirm or cancel the order.

2.4 Delivery charges may apply in addition to product prices.

2.5 The Supplier warrants that the goods will correspond with their description at the time of delivery.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment for goods and delivery charges can be made by the methods shown on the website at checkout.

3.2 Delivery will only occur once payment has cleared.

4. Delivery

4.1 Orders may be collected from our Limassol store or delivered via courier.

4.2 International orders are delivered via DHL.

4.3 If delivery cannot be completed for reasons within the Supplier's control, you will be informed and refunded.

4.4 If delivery fails due to customer actions, storage or resale costs may apply.

4.5 Refunds following cancellation will be processed within 14 days.

4.6 Delivery dates are estimates, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.7 Time for delivery is not guaranteed.

4.8 Customers must inspect goods on delivery and report issues promptly.

4.9 Transit damage must be reported within 2 working days.
