A very powerful yet handy angle grinder with variable speed control. The copper winding of the rotor and stator is double insulated with a flexible varnish that does not chip when exposed to high temperatures, protecting the motor from damage.
The machine has a soft-start system to protect the gearbox. It also has a built-in function to maintain a constant speed at low speed, making the work of grinding stainless steel with a flap disc efficient and not damaging the machine.
The machine's slim chassis is designed with a slim and lightweight design
Slim housing provides a comfortable grip even during prolonged operation for operator safety and comfort.
Replacement brushes are included, and replacing them does not require disassembling the entire machine, but only removing the rear part of the machine (black colored part of the housing).
The angle gear is precisely fitted and made of steel with a hardness of 53-56 HRC and has high torque.
Rotation control in the range of 3,000-12,000 rpm is based on an electronic system that allows self-selection of power from the mains when working with strong pressure at low/medium rpm: for inox steel, grinding welds or grinding concrete with a pot wheel.
The grinder makes it possible to cut through steel components and reinforced concrete or stoneware much faster than lower-powered devices, and is less likely to wedge the disc in the material.
The device is designed for grinding work thanks to a rear handle and an on/off switch located right next to the handle. This design makes it easier to exert pressure on the machine and does not cause operator fatigue even when sanding large areas.
